Swiss Seiler Raclette Cheese, smoked, 1.75lbs., block

This raclette cheese is imported from Switzerland, made by Cheese Maker Seiler since 1928 in the Sarneraatal. The block weighs approximately 1.75lbs and is easy to slice for the raclette dishes of a raclette grill.

Finest smoke flavor distinguishes this variant of Seiler's great raclette. Thanks to traditional smoking, the aromas penetrate deeply into the cheese. The taste of the raclette is enhanced and is especially in combination with potatoes a treat! The smoked raclette is also a great addition to any cheese plate! Raclette category winner at the Swiss Cheese Award 2016/2017! This cheese is made with pasteurized milk and is naturally lactose free. 

The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice. Please allow for a fee of $4.00 to cover the cost of ice and foil.
