This raclette cheese is imported from Switzerland, made by Cheese Maker Seiler since 1928 in the Sarneraatal. The half square weighs approximately 14lbs and is easy to slice for the raclette dishes of a raclette grill.
The slightly exotic and spicy mixture complements our raclette in the best way possible. The red pepper threads also make this variety an eye-catcher!
This cheese is made with pasteurized milk and is naturally lactose free.
The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice. Please allow for a fee of $4.00 to cover the cost of ice and foil.
