Excellent!!!

I just received my raclette scraper and am very impressed. It is exactly the right tool to use with a half wheel of Raclette. The knife is sharp enough to cut the rind perfectly and the scraper is the perfect size/shape to scrape the delicious cheese.

Great Little Scraper

This is a great scraper for the raclette. I used it for my catering business all of last year and the sharp top edge is still very sharp. Very useful tool when using the raclette melters.

Elegant and Practical

An elegant Raclette knife -- very Swiss in its attention to detail and its quality -- with the advantage of combining a scraper with a sharp edge. Other knives may work, especially if there are two of them, but this one is very practical and feels good in the hand.

Thank you for taking the time to explain why this knife is a nice addition to a raclette melter.

we love this knife!

We've tried a few different knives for raclette but this is our favorite. We love the double edges - one for scraping, and one for trimming the rind. We highly recommend this one!
