Emmi wheels
Emmi raclette wheels are about 12 lbs, sometimes a little less. They are available as full, half and quarter wheels. If the cheese going to be used sliced for the raclette grill we recommend to buy the Emmi square "wheels". They are easier to cut and are actually less expensive/lb. Click here.
