Swiss Raclette Seiler with White Wine, 14lbs., full square

This raclette cheese is imported from Switzerland, made by Cheese Maker Seiler since 1928 in the Sarneraatal. The full square weighs approximately 14-15 lbs and is easy to slice for the raclette dishes of a raclette grill.

This Raclette Cheese contains white wine and is quite aromatic with a hint of sweetness due to the white wine. It's a little harder than the other raclette cheeses and is delicious even cold. A great addition to any cheese platter. Melted, the white wine raclette reminds of a good fondue!

This cheese is made with pasteurized milk and is naturally lactose free. 

The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice. Please allow for a fee of $4.00 to cover the cost of ice and foil.
