This Fenugreek Raclette Cheese from Beillevaire elevates traditional raclette with the addition of whole fenugreek seeds. As the cheese melts, its creamy, buttery character blends beautifully with the seeds' unique nutty sweetness, creating an unforgettable raclette experience that's both visually stunning and full of flavor.

Made with milk collected everyday locally within a 20-kilometre radius from the dairy in the Parc naturel des Monts d’Ardèche. The cheese is matured patiently in their own cellars, cared for by their cheesemakers for 4 month. The raclette cheese is lactose free.
Ingredients: Raw cow’s milk, salt, fenugreek (0.5%), rennet, lactic cultures.

Each half wheel is about 6.5 lbs.

The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice. Please allow for a fee of $4.00 to cover the cost of ice and foil.

During the warmer month we will ship the wheel cut in halves and separate vacuum sealed because it develops a strong odor during transportation. If you need to receive a full wheel (not vacuum sealed), please note during check out.
