Baechler Truffle Raclette, French, 1.65 lbs, wedge

This raclette cheese is imported from France, made by Baechler. The wedge (1/8 wheel) weighs approximately 1.65 lbs.

This Raclette Cheese contains 2% summer truffle. The truffle used is of French origin to ensure the quality of the product.

When melted it will stand out thanks to its creaminess and the complexity of the aromas of the summer truffle.

The cheese has a slight sweet aroma with the intensity of the summer truffle.

Made from pasteurized cow's milk from a cooperative dairy that uses milk from 30 farms in the area. 

The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice. Please allow for a fee of $4.00 to cover the cost of ice and foil.
