The Bavaria Landjaeger is made from an old world family recipe that has not been changed since they opened their doors in 1962. This Landjaeger is a Gold metal winner in International competition.
Made from very lean Beef, natural spices and hickory smoked to perfection. No MSG, no liquid smoke and gluten free. Does not contain sodium nitrate. The sausages do not require refrigeration as long as they are kept in a dry, cool place - perfect for all outdoor activities! The 6 pairs come vacuum sealed and are best stored in the refrigerator. Once open hang them on a hanger or wrap loosely in paper, not in a plastic bag, to age! They will keep up to a year sealed in the refrigerator.
6 pairs ( 12 sticks) per package - also available as Pepper Landjaeger! Both go great with an outdoor raclette!

Stuck in 150 F mailbox
Shipping as expected. Unfortunately USPS stuck the package into our mailbox exposed to 109 F for hours. The product was steaming inside the vacuum pouch and we really don't know if the taste of these landjägers is the real taste. We had to dry them out next to a demumidifier since they were wet and slimy.
Grandma would have approved for certain.
Reminds me of what my Grandma's butcher use to make. Back when the butcher shop still had sawdust.

This is far and away the best Landjaeger I’ve had in the states. From flavor to snap it’s practically perfect.
Legendary meats
Well this is my 3rd order of these. I buy 3 packs at a time to save on shipping I freeze them. Then thaw a pack and dehydrate it at 150° for 4 hours. Gives it a harder skin just like the cheese shop. Then Ball jar them up.
