Emmi Raclette Cheese from Switzerland, full square piece, 14lbs.

This raclette cheese is imported from Switzerland, made by Emmi, one of the biggest Swiss dairy producers.
It's a soft, buttery cheese with a slight nutty flavor. Excellent choice for your next authentic Swiss raclette dinner. Vacuum sealed it has a shelf live of 4 month.
The full wheel is about 14 lb.  We recommend the square shape to our customer that use a raclette grill. The cheese is much easier to cut into regular slices that fit into the dishes.

The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice. Please allow for a fee of $4.00 to cover the cost of ice and foil.
