This Truffle Raclette Cheese by Mifroma is imported from Switzerland. The cheese contains 2% summer truffle and truffle oil. Made with microbial rennet. The package contains 6 slices (5.3oz), perfect to try something different. The pre-sliced cheese works great on any of the candlelight raclette melters.
The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment.
