Jumi raclette cheese is made from fresh milk from cows, grazing in the Swiss region of Emmental. As 5th generation cheese maker, the Jumi family has their recipes down.
The Chili Raclette from Jumi Cheese has just the right amount of heat to spice up your Raclette night. Jumi chose to work with an Espelette pepper, which presents a medium amount of spice, not too hot but not too mild. The flavor is very approachable with notes of sweet paprika. The Chili Raclette is great to keep on hand in the kitchen as an alternative to Pepper Jack or other spicier melting cheeses.
