Le Brezain, smoked Raclette Cheese, full wheel, 13 lbs
Le Brézain smoked Raclette cheese, produced in the Livradois Auvergne Mountains, is a smooth and delicious French pasteurized cow's milk cheese with an ivory interior and brown-orange crust. After maturing 6-8 weeks, it takes a special 30 hour wood fire roast of beech and genevrier to give it its unique, unctuous and flavorful smokiness. The full wheel delivers about 13 lbs of flavor!
The cheese will usually ship with UPS ground or US priority mail the following Monday or Tuesday after placing the order. We will contact you if we feel that we can't guarantee the freshness of the cheese by ground shipment. To avoid expedited shipping charges we ship the cheese on ice. Please allow for a fee of $4.00 to cover the cost of ice and foil.
During the warmer month we will ship the wheel cut in halves and separate vacuum sealed because it develops a strong odor during transportation. If you need to receive a full wheel (not vacuum sealed), please note during check out.
