Cows of the Ozark - Grison Dairy & Creamery

The dairy farm that is making our Raclette of the Ozarks has about 100 cows, consisting of Brown Swiss and Holstein cows. Most of them are born at the farm and all of them have a name. They are so beautiful and deserve to have their own blog post. Here a few samples:
