October 14th and South Dakota saw the first snow of the season. Time to get cozy with raclette. Add a crackling fire in the background and of course the delicious melted cheese and we are ready for the winter to come. Melting the cheese at an open fire makes even more special!

This is the shortest recipe ever! You need some slices of and sandwich bread, nothing fancy. Put a generous amount of cheese between two slices of bread and place it in a panini grill or a frying pan and grill.
