BBQ + Raclette = Barbeclette! Don't renounce raclette just because you moved your kitchen outdoors. The Barbeclette let's you melt raclette cheese just like your tabletop raclette grill inside. Top your favorite burger, add to roasted vegetables or pour over a grilled chicken breast. Soo good!

For the perfect President’s Day meal, throw some classic burgers onto the raclette grill and top with some perfectly melted cheese! Raclette Burger Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 pound ground lean (7% fat) beef 1 tablespoon Worcestershire 1 or 2 cloves minced garlic About 1/2 teaspoon salt About 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 slices of cheddar cheese 1 onion, chopped 4 hamburger buns, split Toppings of your choice Directions: In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until well blended. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 4 inches wide....
