For the perfect President’s Day meal, throw some classic burgers onto the raclette grill and top with some perfectly melted cheese! Raclette Burger Serves 4 Ingredients: 1 pound ground lean (7% fat) beef 1 tablespoon Worcestershire 1 or 2 cloves minced garlic About 1/2 teaspoon salt About 1/4 teaspoon pepper 4 slices of cheddar cheese 1 onion, chopped 4 hamburger buns, split Toppings of your choice Directions: In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until well blended. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 4 inches wide....

Open-faced Egg Sandwich Serves 4: Ingredients: 4 eggs 4 portobello mushrooms 8 cherry tomatoes 2 tbsp parsley flakes olive oil 1 handful of spinach 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese 4 slices of whole grain bread 2 tbsp butter salt and pepper to taste Directions: Beat eggs in bowl until blended; chop mushrooms and tomatoes. Heat olive oil over the 8-person Limited Edition Valais Raclette grill top at medium temperature. Add mushrooms and tomatoes to the grill. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
