We have an event coming up that already starts at 9 pm. I don't know about you, but at that time all I need is a coffee and breakfast, preferable something with eggs. While we can't offer coffee, we did come up with a delicious breakfast item that is guaranteed to power you through the day.
Introducing the Egg Raclettewich!
A hard roll with sliced prosciutto, a scrambled egg and a full scrape of raclette cheese!
For those of you with a raclette grill, use the griddle side of the grill top to scramble the eggs while melting a good slice of raclette cheese in the dish below. To Americanize this dish, use bacon instead of prosciutto. The bacon can be grilled on top of the griddle as well.
